About PMI and JBJS

Two institutions. One academic model.

Professional Medical International is the dedicated delivery partner for the JBJS Orthopaedic Diplomas. PMI was founded by Professor Tom Cosker (Oxford) and Professor Sherief Elsayed (Dubai), who have been formally working together in postgraduate medical education since 2006.

The JBJS Orthopaedic Diplomas are co-developed with The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, the leading academic journal in orthopaedics. JBJS provides the academic anchor. PMI runs the programme: faculty coordination, content delivery, accreditation pathways, and the technology that runs each cohort.

JBJS Orthopaedic Diplomas

Seven live diplomas. Seven in development. One academic model.

Each programme runs for one academic year, delivered entirely online through approximately 25 weekly live seminars.
